The best family café in Laos is the Common Ground Café in Vientiane!
Searching for a café with delicious coffee, good food and ideally a play area for children, might get difficult in Laos. Common Ground Café in Vientiane makes the hearts of all the family members beat faster. Right in the center, just behind the busy street, where the terraces descend to the Mekong, the family-friendly Common Ground Café is hidden.
It is a typical café. They serve the best coffee and even varieties like cappuccino and co. The dishes are all delicious and they have a special menu for children.
Surprisingly they have further rooms upstairs. Apart from a working space with WiFi you find a family area separated by a glass pane. Cozy seating is complemented by a mini-game corner equipped with a few toys. The children are enthusiastic about the shady outdoor area. They have a lot of fun on the big wooden climbing frame, the climbing wall, the slide and in the little house.
Thus, the kid-friendly Common Ground Café is an ideal place to escape the midday heat.
