Simone, our local mate from Switzerland, told us about her favorite climbing park in Zurich with kids. The Seilpark Zürich is located a bit outside the city, but the journey is worth it.

In the climbing park, new heights are scaled and the forest is explored from a bird’s eye view. This is even more fun as a joint family activity. Craftsmanship and brains can be put to the test in the various courses.

The courses, some of which are already suitable for the youngest children (from 4 years of age), provide a great deal of variety when crossing the obstacles. Depending on age and condition, you can choose different routes through the park. The highly trained staff will accompany families throughout the park and provide helpful tips on climbing.

The wobbly bridges, ropeways and a 14-meter-high climbing tree tickle some adrenaline out of the bodies and it is not uncommon that the children become the parents’ encouragers here.
