Slow-living between farm, garden, restaurant, pool and authentic apartments.

Colle Surya is the name of your Italian invitation to a slow living vacation with the whole family at the agriturismo in Umbria, surrounded by gentle mountains and lush nature.

The estate is located north of Perugia, very close to Gubbio and Tuscany. Just driving through the lush green landscape awakens vacation feelings. If you then spy the first outlines of the agriturismo in Umbria, you can already guess what kind of relaxed paradise is hidden there.

Because in the Colle Surya, the dream of the decelerated family vacation becomes reality. It welcomes you to a beautiful fortress from the Middle Ages, now converted into an agriturismo in Umbria, which lets you immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. Because here Mother Earth sets the rhythm. This is thanks to the two owners Silvia and Alberto, who give time and space to their passion for it in Colle Surya.

What does this mean for your vacation? At the latest when you arrive, the stress of everyday life disappears and you are automatically sucked into the slow and conscious life on the agriturismo in Umbria. A spacious garden with a wide view into the distance, birdsong, campfires, walks in the woods and the scent of fresh herbs will accompany you throughout your family vacation.

The kids live on the agriturismo in Umbria like God in France, although we are in Italy. There is absolute freedom! A pool to cool off, a large garden and a veranda to play. If you like, you can even say hello to the chickens and help in the vegetable garden. Silvia and Alberto are also parents and therefore know very well what kids are interested in.

While you are still enjoying the enchanting light of the evening sun with a glass of wine in the deck chair, you can be sure that the kids are already happily slumbering in their beds after their day out in the fresh air.

Speaking of sleeping! Colle Surya has 7 individual apartments (including a barrier-free apartment) for you. Silvia and Alberto have renovated and furnished them together with great care. From the massive wooden beams, terracotta and furniture that tell stories from the past, each apartment radiates a very special peace. Vegetables from the garden are available on request from the in-house Bottega.

There is a lot to discover around the hideaway. There are the historic cities of Assisi and the already mentioned Gubbio, numerous wineries and just around the corner the river Lanna. Here you can hike and swim in the blue pools with small waterfalls. Also, just a stone’s throw away are two lakes with a great variety of species. You will get even more ideas from Sylvia and Albert firsthand.

Let yourself be enchanted by this magical place in the middle of Italy, away from the tourist crowds. Enjoy peace during your family vacation and fill up your energy reserves at Colle Surya.
