A good slope for sledging and skiing with kids is the Kreuzmöslberg at Lake Starnberg!
If you cannot decide whether you feel like sledging or skiing with your children, the Kreuzmöslberg is the right destination. The little hill Kreuzmöslberg offers both. On the left side you can sledge and on the right side you can practice your ski turns. A small lift brings the skiers uphill. If you are with your sledge you have to walk uphill. But it’s worth it. Beginning on the top you have 300m to sledge downhill. It’s especially nice for kids because the slope isn’t steep.
At the foot of the Kreuzmöslberg there is enough space to build a snowman or organize a snowball pit.
It’s good to bring some food and drinks with you, because except for the small lift house there is no further infrastructure neither a rest stop nor toilets. For the lift you can buy cheap 10-seat tickets.
Parking options are right at the Kreuzmöslberg or on the road that leads to it. So far we have always found a parking space quite easy.
