Even though the number of vegan cafés is increasing, they are usually too small and cramped to visit with a kid. Not so the Tribe Yoga Base with integrated Plant Based Café in Hamburg Eimsbüttel. There’s plenty of room for the kids here, because outside opening hours the café virtually becomes a yoga studio.
Smoothie bowls and fresh bread with homemade spreads fortify you for the rest of the day. Or you can enjoy a piece of cake with a clear conscience, which is mostly gluten- and sugar-free here. The vegan waffles go down well with young and old alike! Delicious coffee in different varieties is available from the Hamburg roastery Quijote! And those who prefer to skip caffeine can choose between different lattes such as turmeric, matcha or chai latte with Oatly oat milk or organic almond milk.
Once you’ve eaten this healthy, the desire to do yoga increases all by itself. During the children’s yoga classes, even the little ones have the opportunity to get to know yoga. Special mindfulness workshops for the whole family, such as the “We are Family” workshop, are held on weekends.
