Grilled sausage with curry sauce – the famous German Currywurst
Dortmund and Currywurst simply belong together. Therefore, no visit to Dortmund without a Currywurst. A perfect address is: “Wurst mit Soße”. Currywurst with fries is generally not the healthiest food, but here you can have them with a clear conscience. The sausage comes from controlled organic farming. No flavor enhancer is added. The fries are made from fresh potatoes and are a reduced fat version due to being fried in pure rapeseed oil.
Primarily for the parents, the various curry spices and sauces offer a welcome change to spice up your currywurst. At the curry bar you can help yourself to a variety of different curry spices. There is something for every curry taste! Great is the truffle sauce to the fries.
