Loving pony farm right next to the Niendorf enclosure!
There’s nothing quite like a pony ride with the kids, is there? It’s always such a highlight! Of course, you only want to offer this to your little ones where you have a clear conscience. This is the case at Ponyhof Niendorf, where they really care about the animals. The animals here are so well looked after!
We’d recommend coming first thing in the morning at the weekend to avoid a long wait. No need to book! All you have to do is join the small queue of people waiting for their turn! You can choose between a short or long pony ride, whichever you prefer! If your little one is up for it, we highly recommend the long tour! It takes you through the beautiful forest and is a great way to spend the day. The long tour is about an hour long, while the short one is 20-30 minutes. As the accompanying person, you have the lovely task of leading the pony along the signposted circular route while the little one is on horseback.
To make sure our future riders are properly equipped, please remember to bring a bicycle helmet (if no riding helmet is available), long trousers and sturdy shoes.
The pony farm is conveniently located right next to the Niendorf enclosure, which is also a great destination for a day out with kids.
