Country farm idyll with petting zoo, playground and cake as you only know it from grandma!
The Krötz farm is the place to go in the Allgäu with children to slow down. After a hike or a trip around Sonthofen, the farm offers families the right relaxation factor to end the day.
In the garden with mountain view you can make yourself comfortable with homemade cakes. The cakes are baked fresh daily by Mrs. Krötz according to her favorite recipes and taste just like grandma’s, simply heavenly.
Meanwhile, the kids can play extensively. In the play barn, they can jump from the hayloft into the straw, race around on the countless pedal cars in front of the barn or dig in the sandbox. Next door in the petting zoo, sheep and donkeys are happy about a little crawl. Rabbits and cows also live on the farm.
The small farm store sells cheese, cottage cheese and butter. Everything is made on the farm. Children immediately notice the small store with sweets at eye level, although it is actually hidden in the corner. Stocked up on fresh Allgäu delicacies and well refreshed, it’s off home.
A visit to the Krötz farm feels like a miniature farm vacation for the whole family!
