If you would like to do a simple family hike in Switzerland with kids, then you are in the right place on the round trip to Lac d’Arpitettaz. With a magnificent view of the “crown of Switzerland”, the name of the 4000-meter-high peaks that surround the Zinal and the Val d’Anniviers. This fascinates even the children very much.

First you walk along the river Navisence. Then the path continues uphill, past a beautiful waterfall that attracts the children attention, to a bridge. Again, you always have the view of the summit scenery “the Kaiserkronen”. Crossing the bridge, the path now leads rocky and narrow uphill. If your legs get tired, you will have a hut on the way to take a break before returning to Zinal.

The hike can be excellently started directly from the Reka holiday village in Zinal. Very convenient!
