Kids and parents love this city playground!
The playground on Josephsplatz is a highlight of the outdoor playgrounds in Munich. The play and climbing opportunities are well thought out and require the kids to show all their motor skills.
In addition to the toddler area with nest swing, climbing frame and slide, there is an extra area for children over 3 years with age-appropriate toys.
Every Tuesday there is a great weekly market on the Josephsplatz (from 13:00 to about 17:00 clock) with many local stalls. Everything is there, flowers, organic vegetables, different fruit, fish meat, and more. A stop here is worthwhile. Why not treat yourself to a nice piece of cake.
Tip: Café Josefina, almost next door, offers excellent coffee (also to take away) and other delicacies in organic quality.
