Special play area at the child-friendly Café Wandelhalle in Merano!
Not far away from the city center and yet completely away from the city hustle is the Café Wandelhalle. It is looked directly next to the river. It is easy to find. Just follow the river and leave the first cafes behind you. Once you arrive you will find kids driving along the promenade with cars and bikes. The café offers a big various of kids’ cars and bikes for free and the kids love it. Since no cars are allowed on the road there is no danger. In addition, the kids can play in the sand around the thick tree in the middle of the entrance. Very convenient that the tree also provides shade.
