Great family destination is the Cap de Ses Salines in the south of Mallorca!
The southernmost point of Mallorca is worth a visit. For a visit you don’t even need a day with perfect sunshine. Shortly before the village Es Llombards, a long road leads down to the southernmost tip of the island. Parking options are at the end of the street on the left and right side of the road. The last meters to the sea you go by foot. You past the big lighthouse, which triggers enthusiasm among the kids (at least when the kids are not used to see lighthouses;-). The coast is very rocky. The sea claps against the rock face. Sometimes the waves splashes meter high. Everywhere are small turrets made of stones of different sizes. Collecting stones with your children and building another turret is great fun! And you should take the time to rest on the rocks for a moment and surrender.
