The Nature Experience theme trail in beautiful Dorfgastein is an experience for all kids. The theme trail aims to give hikers an insight into the history and nature of Dorfgastein.
The various stations along the way address different natural situations and playfully deal with them. For example, there is also the stone path, which introduces rocks, plants and mushrooms from the Salzburg region, or the biotope, where the valuable benefits of the wetland biotope are discussed.
The modern Kneipp health facility with a medicinal herb show garden is as popular with adults as it is with kids. Next to it is a drinking water fountain with quotes from the famous Sebastian Kneipp.
The adventure playground, which is equipped with a variety of playground equipment, most of which is close to nature, is another highlight. In addition to a waterfall, a mine, a large tree house and a slide, the playground also tells its own story of Gastein.
